I started my business when I was about to get married, I needed help and didn't know where to start. I thought others must have this same frustration.
Our Business
sEvent planning and coordination includes
Budget consulting, help with planning, find and book all vendors and set up appointments, will also help with details of event such as gift bags, travel arrangements, center pieces, etc….My staff will make sure that when you and your guests arrive everything is ready and waiting .
We provide many service for different budgets
Package A
I will mail you a package of local vendors (3 of each) that I know and trust that will do a good job with all the pricing and contact information for you to choose your vendors from. This package can include venues, bakers, photographers, DJ’s, etc…This package is great because you don’t have to track down vendors or call for pricing information. $150.00
Package BDay of wedding/event coordination only (this would include two meetings prior to day of event, so I have time to talk with vendors you have chosen and make arrangements) This is a great package for the bride who has it all together but needs someone to coordinate her plans so she has no stress the day of the event. $575.00
Package C
Budget consulting, help with planning, find and book all vendors and set up appointments, will also help with details of event such as favors, center pieces, invitations, etc…. this package has unlimited time for consulting, assembling and wedding day/event day coordination. This package is the best for the value it is virtually stress free, it allows having someone else deal with vendors, and make sure all plans are perfectly scheduled. Pricing depends on size of event. Usually 17-20% of the total cost of event, with a minimum of $500.00. Call for pricing or go to our contact page to request more information.
